Legend of the White Snake is an abridged and version of classic Chinese opera Madam White Snake, retaining only the essential scenes of the original play. The storyline being a fairytale with moments of romance, the lighting design of this production leans towards saturated ans vibrant colours, with subtle special effects injected st specific moments to heighten the atmosphere.
