Three Tough Nuts is an intimate and funny play that talks about the struggles three middle-aged men faced in their daily life. Being naturalistic and sitcom-ish in nature, lighting is designed to be generally naturalistic, using subtle shifts of warm to cool wash to create a gradual going downhill of emotions as the plot thickens.
